I purchased the Derma Red P600 gadget for £499.00 online. After that, I didn’t get any confirmation, receipt, or info at all. There was no phone number listed on their site. I sent them two emails, but I haven’t heard back. It’s been over three days now. Honestly, their customer service is lacking, to put it mildly, and it feels a bit sketchy. I’m planning to cancel my payment.

Three months back, I picked up this lamp thinking it could ease some thyroid-related issues. And guess what? It really has! I’ve got way more energy now, I’m moving around easier, and those annoying aches? Way less of 'em. My back pain has dropped significantly, too. The quality of this machine is top-notch. I fire it up nearly every morning after my shower and just soak in that cozy, warm light. I like to pair my sessions with a YouTube video, often the soothing sounds of waves crashing on the shore, to really get that vacation feel! Honestly, I’m loving it - it’s made a huge difference for me.

The interaction with Ian was quite off-putting. The plug type wasn’t specified properly—was it 3-pin or 2-pin? Instead, they just asked for a land mass. It really should’ve been clearer. Ian offered a €5 credit as a solution. To top it off, the courier tossed the parcel over a 2-meter gate, and it ended up getting damaged. Ian wanted a video as proof and, when I tried to explain, he kept insisting that the machine wasn’t harmed, all while being aggressive and derogatory. Honestly, steer clear of this company; their customer service is practically nonexistent.

The item matched the description and was of high quality. The lamp arrived on schedule, and I'm really happy to see that my psoriasis is already showing signs of improvement.

This lamp is just what I was looking for. The only issue I've encountered is that when we attempt to adjust the angle, the light turns off. The bulb socket is a bit wobbly, so we keep the lamp in one spot all the time. It's serving its purpose well.

The lamp showed up right on schedule. I'm using it daily as recommended. Fingers crossed it helps with my psoriasis eventually, as it's my last shot. The little sunshine we had here in Ireland did help a tad during the Summer, but all those creams—both prescribed and over-the-counter—didn't do much. With Covid, I missed out on sun in Spain or Portugal this year, which would have been a boost too. And don't get me started on Brexit; having to pay Irish VAT and a delivery fee is such a hassle since the UK left the EU. I used to order a ton from there, but that's all changed now.
